At Taylors Farm we rear our cattle on our own cereals grown on the farm to ensure excellent quality of livestock.

Our cattle are fed an Alkaline Diet, mainly made from our own cereals grown here on the Farm, which ensures a top quality of beef.

Each week a selection is made from the herd and taken to a local slaughter house.

A minimum of 21 days hanging ensures flavour, tenderness and taste before it is butchered by Joe, Steve and the team for our butchers counter.
